Grand Reopening

As part of our 45th Anniversary, we are excited to announce the Grand Reopening of the McKeesport Regional History & Heritage Center during the weekend of August 1-3. Come celebrate the unveiling of our 4,000 sq. ft. exhibition area that showcases our regional history and heritage in ways that will make McKeesport and its surrounding communities proud. There will be 3 events occurring over the weekend. Friday evening is a VIP sneak peek between 6 to 9 PM, please email our center at info@mckeesportheritage.org if you would like to receive a VIP invite. On Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, we will have an open house and invite you to explore our new exhibit area as well as older spaces with newly designed exhibits. Sunday afternoon, we invite you to enjoy a program overviewing the newly designed space with a presentation on the history of McKeesport, followed by an opportunity to enjoy the museum. This Grand Reopening has been long in coming and we are honored to share this significant moment with you.
